• Inquiry forms: Name, email, role/organization, country, primary goal or need. • Discovery call booking: Name, email, scheduling preferences (via Calendly integration). • School inquiry form: Contact name, email, school/district, role, country, student count, primary need. • Newsletter/lead capture: Name, email, language preference. • AI widget interactions: Messages submitted to NeuroSage Echo (processed via OpenAI API — see Section 6). We collect only what is necessary to respond to your inquiry, schedule consultations, and deliver research partnership communications.
• To respond to consulting and partnership inquiries. • To schedule and conduct discovery calls. • To send relevant research updates and institutional newsletters (opt-in only). • To improve our AI consulting assistant (NeuroSage Echo) using aggregated, non-identifiable interaction patterns. • We do NOT sell, rent, or share your data with commercial third parties.
All data is stored on the Base44 platform (Texas, USA) with HTTPS/SSL encryption in transit and encryption at rest. Access is restricted to Dr. Monterrosa and authorized Institute staff.
NeuroEco Global actively partners with researchers and institutions in Iceland (EEA) and the European Union. Under GDPR: • Legal basis: Consent (newsletter, inquiry forms) and legitimate interest (research partnership communications). • Your rights: Access, correct, erase, restrict processing, and data portability. • Right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. • Iceland supervisory authority: Persónuvernd (www.personuvernd.is). • Data transfers: Data is processed in the USA under contractual safeguards equivalent to EU Standard Contractual Clauses. • To exercise GDPR rights: email dr.monterrosa@neuroecoglobal.org. Response within 30 days.
• Base44 — Infrastructure and hosting provider (Texas, USA). DPA status: Accepted — Data Processing Agreement accepted via Base44's published Terms of Service addendum (base44.com/dpa), effective July 15, 2026. Compliant with GDPR Article 28 data processor requirements. • OpenAI API — Powers NeuroSage Echo AI widget; Data Processing Agreement executed June 23, 2026; user inputs are not used to train OpenAI models. • Google Calendar — Used for discovery call scheduling; governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Google Workspace Data Processing Amendment. • ElevenLabs — Text-to-speech audio only; no personal data transmitted. DPA status: Accepted — DPA auto-incorporated via ElevenLabs Terms of Service (elevenlabs.io/dpa, last updated April 8, 2026). SOC 2 Type II certified.
• Inquiry and lead data: 2 years from last contact, then permanently deleted. • Discovery call records: 2 years from call date. • Grant and partnership communications: 7 years (IRS nonprofit record-keeping requirement). • Newsletter subscribers: Retained until unsubscribe request, then deleted within 30 days.
